Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP (GRSM) has immediate openings for a Commercial Litigation attorney and an Employment attorney in its Houston office. Candidates for the Commercial Litigation position should have a minimum of at least three years’ experience in handling general negligence, products, premises liability or general insurance defense matters. Candidates for the Employment attorney position must have a minimum of at least three years’ experience in anti-discrimination laws. Wage and hour class action experience is a plus! For both positions candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research and writing, and be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Texas.
